Position Overview
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for executing and communicating the company's direction to various communities in the assigned portfolio. The Regional Property Manager must have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of Market Rate, Low-Income Housing (Section 8/HUD), Rural Development Properties (1000 units), be an excellent communicator, motivator, and a hands-on manager. The Regional Property Manager will work closely with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors in their regions to ensure the implementation and execution of all corporate policies and procedures.Essential Functions and Responsibilities
